How We Started This Journey

Back in 2019, our founders were running a traditional pizzeria in downtown Montreal. But we kept hearing the same request from customers: "Can you bring this experience to our event?" That simple question changed everything.

We realized people wanted more than just pizza delivery. They wanted the theater, the aroma of wood smoke, the excitement of watching their meal come together. So we built our first mobile unit – a converted food truck with a genuine wood-fired oven.

Now we serve everywhere from corporate events in Toronto to backyard parties in small Quebec towns. Each location teaches us something new about bringing people together around great food.

Fresh Ingredients, Every Time

We source locally whenever possible and prep everything fresh for each event. Our mobile setup includes proper refrigeration and prep spaces that maintain restaurant-quality standards on the road.

Authentic Wood-Fire Cooking

Our custom-built oven reaches 900°F and gives every pizza that distinctive smoky flavor you can't replicate at home. We use Canadian hardwood and traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Flexible Event Solutions

Whether it's a wedding for 200 or a corporate lunch for 30, we adapt our service to fit your event. Our team handles setup, cooking, and cleanup so you can focus on your guests.
