Your 12-Month Journey
Months 1-3: Foundation & Safety
Master food safety protocols, learn basic mobile kitchen operations, and understand health regulations across different provinces. Build your confidence with fundamental cooking techniques adapted for mobile service.
Months 4-6: Menu Development & Testing
Create your signature menu items, learn cost management and portion control, and test recipes in real mobile kitchen conditions. Practice speed cooking while maintaining quality standards.
Months 7-9: Business Operations
Understand licensing requirements, insurance needs, and equipment selection. Learn customer service techniques, point-of-sale systems, and efficient workflow management for mobile operations.
Months 10-12: Real-World Practice
Work with established mobile food businesses to gain practical experience. Handle real customers, manage busy service periods, and troubleshoot equipment issues under guidance.
